How does booking work?+
Pick an experience, send a request with your team size and preferred dates, and we reply with a quote within one working day. Your booking is confirmed once you accept the quote.
Do I need an account to browse?+
No. Everyone can browse every experience. You only need a free company account to send a booking request, track quotes and manage attendees.
What's the minimum and maximum group size?+
Most experiences start at 8–10 people; some scale to 500+. Each listing shows its range, and our planners can split very large groups into parallel sessions.
How do attendee passes and check-in work?+
Add attendees by name and email or share a join link. Each person gets a QR pass; the host scans it at the door and you see live attendance on your booking page.
Can you customise an experience or design something new?+
Yes. Branding, menus, prizes, timings and venues can all be tailored, and we design bespoke offsites and annual days too. Mention it in your request.
What does it cost and when do we pay?+
Prices are per person and include everything listed. Larger groups get lower per-person tiers. You pay only after accepting a quote; GST invoices are provided.
What's your cancellation policy?+
Free cancellation up to 7 days before the event. Within 7 days, 50% of the quoted amount is charged. Weather-related changes are rescheduled at no cost.
