Two days on a working coffee estate: plantation walks, waterfall trek, bonfire and a facilitated strategy session.
Swap the conference room for a planter's bungalow in the hills. Day one starts with a plantation walk and a coffee-cupping session with the estate's roaster, then an afternoon trek to a nearby waterfall and a bonfire dinner with local Kodava food.
Day two is yours to shape: a facilitated strategy session on the verandah, team games on the lawn, or simply a slow breakfast before the drive home. We handle transport, stay, food and every detail in between.

Patchy but present, and the bungalow has Wi-Fi for anyone on call.
What happens if it rains?+
We track the forecast with you. If weather makes it unsafe we move indoors or to a new date at no extra cost.
Can we customise it?+
Yes. Timings, menus, branding, prizes and add-ons can all be tailored; mention it in your request and we'll include it in the quote.
How do payment and cancellation work?+
You pay only after accepting a quote. Cancel free up to 7 days before; within 7 days, 50% of the quote is charged.
