About this experience
Applied-theatre exercises on presence, listening and difficult conversations, led by theatre practitioners.
Theatre actors learn to read a room, hold attention and respond to the unexpected; leaders need the same muscles. In this workshop, facilitators use status games, scene work and forum theatre to explore presence, active listening and how to handle a tough conversation.
It's practical, surprisingly fun and ends with each participant taking away three behaviours to try the following week.
