Opening ceremony, twelve events, a medal tally and a closing party: your company's own Olympics.
Teams march in with flags at an opening ceremony, then rotate through twelve events, from tug of war and sack races to relay, dodgeball and a giant-ludo station for anyone who'd rather think than run. Referees track points for a live medal table.
We handle the venue, equipment, food stalls, first aid and the closing ceremony with medals and a DJ. Ideal for family days, with a kids' zone included.

We track the forecast with you. If weather makes it unsafe we move indoors or to a new date at no extra cost.
Can we customise it?+
Yes. Timings, menus, branding, prizes and add-ons can all be tailored; mention it in your request and we'll include it in the quote.
How do payment and cancellation work?+
You pay only after accepting a quote. Cancel free up to 7 days before; within 7 days, 50% of the quote is charged.
